Rosalyn Hyslop joins Baking Association of Canada board

The BAC is pleased to welcome Rosalyn Hyslop to its national board of directors.

Rosalyn is a social entrepreneur who is passionate about her family, the company she co-owns with her husband Blair and the communities they do business in. Mrs. Dunster’s has grown to be the largest commercial bakery in Atlantic Canada with distribution to more than 800 stores and restaurants in Atlantic Canada, Ontario, Quebec and Maine in the U.S.

Rosalyn has been named one of the Top 50 CEO’s in Atlantic Canada four times and in 2023 was named CEO of the Year by Atlantic Business Magazine.

In 2017, Mrs. Dunster’s was named Exporter of the Year for New Brunswick, received the Food in Canada Magazine Leadership Award, and was named a finalist for 2017 EY Entrepreneur of the Year. She and Blair also were named Huddle’s 2017 Entrepreneurs of the Year. The busy entrepreneur runs a charity called Good Fit Book, which received the Marilyn Trenholme Counsell Literacy Award.

She lives in Quispamsis, N.B., with Blair and their children Josie, Emma and Noah.
