Full Time Baker
– Prepare and bake a variety of goods, including bread, pastries, cinnamon buns, and cookies
– Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality
– Operate and maintain baking equipment and tools
– Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed for optimal baking results
– Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
– Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules and production
– Strong baking skills, with experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting
– Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
– Familiarity with the food industry and current baking trends
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Attention to detail for precise measurements and techniques
– Proficient in food preparation techniques, including mixing, kneading, and shaping dough
– Knowledge of proper food handling procedures to maintain freshness and quality
– Must be able to carry/lift 50 pounds
Must be available Tuesday-Saturday.
Compensation for this role is $18.00-$22.00 plus tips, with benefits after 3 months.
