Chef Jeroen Van Helvoirt will demonstrate a range of pastries and plated desserts using Callebaut chocolate. The event will include an informal networking session, featuring appetizers prepared by Centennial’s culinary students, and of course samples of Chef v. Helvoirt’s creations.
