Members are advised that the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Baking Association of Canada will take place on Monday, April 14th at 8:30am – 10am at the Montréal Convention Centre (Palais des congrès de Montréal), 1001 Place Jean-Paul-Riopelle, Montréal, QC.
Registration will be required by the Official representative who is the voting member at the meeting unless you designate another party via proxy. Please note that the proxy must be submitted to BAC in advance of the meeting.
The meeting will include:
1. Presentation and consideration of reports on the activities and finances of the Association
2. To appoint Association Auditors
3. To elect Association Directors
4. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
INSTRUMENT OF PROXY
To ensure a quorum is present we encourage all members to complete the instrument of proxy even if you plan to attend in person the 2025 Annual Meeting.
