Baking Production Supervisor/Manager
Baker wanted as Production Supervisor.
The Kootenay Bakery Cafe Cooperative, a worker-owned business, is looking for an experienced baker for our thriving cooperative business to supervise the baking production. This position would lead to becoming a KBCC Coop member/owner.
You: Skilled, passionate, and experienced (at least 5 years) with a desire to be co-owner of a business. Have experience with production bread making and baking, sourdoughs, croissants and pastries and a variety of other sweet and savoury products. On the job taught or Red Seal Certified. Must thrive in a busy workplace, be punctual and reliable, be strong enough to lift 20 Kg, have excellent communication skills and a good ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.
