Ontario based Commercial & Retail bakeries that manufacture bakery category value added products, finished and / or semi-finished (baked fresh, proof & bake, par-baked, freezer-to-oven, thaw & serve).
This value added opportunity is being offered in conjunction with Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (OMAFRA) as part of our mutual effort to grow the Ontario baking industry.
