Established in 1965, Bakery Showcase is Canada’s national baking industry B2B event that includes a trade show & conference/seminars.

The national event is held every 2 years in Toronto – Canada (2014 – 2016 – 2018 – 2020 – 2022), It is a forum and marketplace where suppliers to the baking and food industry meet and conduct business with bakeries & cafes of all sizes, small retail, In-store to large commercial production, wholesale bakeries and buyers and owners of baked goods and baking equipment for food service, restaurants, cafes and grocery stores.

Bakery Showcase 2020 Trade Show & Conference is the event to see, touch & taste the newest & your favorite products from baking ingredients (flours, mixes, cake decorations, yeast etc.) baking equipment (ovens, mixers, sheeters, processing machines, packaging machines etc.) services, technology and baked goods (fresh, proof & bake, par-baked, freezer-to-oven, thaw & serve).

Exhibit Space Rates Include

  • Draped booth – 8’ high x 10’ wide backwall, 3’ high railing drape to aisle, excluding island booths

This value added opportunity is being offered in conjunction with Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (OMAFRA) as part of our mutual effort to grow the Ontario baking industry.
