BAKERY SHOWCASE CORONAVIRUS COVID-19 UPDATE

Baking Association of Canada (BAC) is announcing that due to the spread of the COVID-19 virus we are rescheduling Bakery Showcase to November 8th & 9th, 2020 at the Toronto Congress Centre. Our decision is in support of the health and welfare of the baking community and the calls for social distancing. We look forward to providing more information on the rescheduled Bakery Showcase over the coming weeks and in the interim appreciate everyone’s patience. Please stay safe!

The event is held every other year in Toronto, it is the largest and ONLY baking industry B2B trade show & conference produced in Canada.

Bakery Showcase 2020 Promo Video

Join 4,500 industry professionals from bakeries (retail, wholesale, commercial, in store), grocery and food-service outlets.
Exhibit in the trade show filled with 350 booths in about 100,000 sq.ft. showcasing baked goods (fresh, proof & bake, par-baked, freezer-to-oven, thaw & serve) baking ingredients, equipment, packaging services and technology.
Event format combines a 2 day trade show with educational sessions.
Event venue Toronto Congress Center is located in the city of Toronto, easily accessible by public transit, major highways and is only minutes from the Toronto International Airport (YYZ) and provides plenty of FREE parking.
