HOW TO BORROW VIDEOS To borrow a video from BAC's Educational Video Training Library please return a completed request form to BAC's National Office. Requests will be handled on a first-come, first served basis. If a video requested is already on loan, the request will be placed in priority sequence on our waiting list. Only two videos may be borrowed at a time by one member company. Videos will be shipped via courier with a two-week borrow time. Videos must be returned to the BAC office by 3:00PM on the specified return date. Members are required to provide a valid credit card as security for the undamaged return of the video. If and only if the borrower becomes liable for a video(s) a $175 charge per video will be applied to the credit card. Please Complete, Print and send the Video Request Form to us by fax or mail.
