Purpose:
Hosted by the Baking Association of Canada and the BC Chapter, the purpose of Congress 2009 is to provide a forum where suppliers to western Canada's baking industry can meet retail, in-store and wholesale bakers, pastry chefs and the foodservice sector to conduct business.
