Purpose:
Bakery Showcase 2012 is Canada's largest baking specific event that
includes a trade show, seminars & workshops and evening festivities.
It has been designed to provide a forum where suppliers, bakers
small and large and buyers of baked goods can meet on common ground
and conduct business.
