Established in 1965, Bakery Showcase is Canada's national baking specific event that includes a trade show, seminars & workshops and evening festivities. Held every other year, It has been designed to provide a forum where suppliers, bakers small and large and buyers of baked goods can meet on common ground and conduct business.
